Many administrative and academic offices at DePaul University utilize Perceptive Software’s ImageNow™
solution to organize and secure office documents. In a few short steps, operational documents can be
scanned, tagged and stored in the ImageNow™ database for quick retrieval and usage. With many offices
currently utilizing the software and database, here are a few examples of operational deployments of ImageNow™:
- Undergraduate Admissions – High School Transcripts, Applications for Admission
- Office for International Students and Scholars – Immigration documents, Passport copies
- School for New Learning – Academic assessments, Personal Resumes
- Housing Services – Contract Cancellations, Student/Office Email Correspondence
- Financial Aid – Tax related documents, Student/Office Email Correspondence
